Never Overclocked in my life, I don't know what to use, I don't want to go all out and extreme either just to make my computer a little faster than (AMD 2.08 GHz ). And tell me go into the BIOS or whatever cause I have no idea what you're talking about.

If you have no idea, then don't mess around with it. You can do some serious damage to your CPU if you are not careful.

And you do have to go into your BIOS... There are also a lot more bottlenecks inside your PC that you should deal with, maybe even before you consider OC'ing...
How fast a CPU can your MOBO handle? How fast is your RAM? If you're doing this for games, how fast is the RAM on your video card, and how fast is its core? How fast are your HDDs? Your BUS? I'm sure I missed a few, as I'm not as computer savvy as some of the others around here..
But if all you want to do is OC your CPU "a little bit" you probbaly won't notice much of a difference, since how well your computer runs games, programs, etc is not determined soley by your CPU speed.

This is what you do, step 1 take a wrench and beat the f-u-ck out of the cpu till it says ok ok ok ill overclock to 3.8 ghz, then u beat the shit out of ur motherboard to make it work. then ur all don. Most perfered tool would be a hammer and it will run just fine ;D

ALso, Isn't there something about like if your cpu has been running at a certain speed it's not good to over clock it? or if you've had it overclocked for a while, it's not good to put it back to regular? I dunno, I just heard that. CPU's are fragile as my shit!

I've heard things about OC'ing after it's been running stock for a long time, but never about going the other way...
I never did find out if that was much more than a myth, or what the reason behind it is.
