Yep. I got a hold of a box that I would like to turn into a Counter Strike Source server. As some of you have had more experience than me I thought I'd ask your opinions. It is a P4 1.6 Ghz with 256 MB RAM (an extra 256 MB is in the plan). My connection is a 2.5 mb ADSL. I was hoping to run a CSS server with 10 - 12 players or more if it'll take it. Anyone see a problem with that? Or suggestions? Please, any thoughts are welcome.  |

Suggestion :
A) Not too many mods or stats things
B) CAL config for sourece(if there is one)
C) Get bots if at all possible the new source bots are fucking sweet
i think this server will be fun to play in and oh yeah my source clan is probably gunna start up with the next season of CAL-O for source... so anyone interested EMAIL me at joey_b2001@hotmail.com

my rats server was always empty so I never had it up....then I realized it was cuz I needed to upgrade it....oops. oh well, now I sbtb just had another failed attempt at being something so the server and my forums are dead. The only thing keeping me from canceling the whole site is Ugmo's paintball site in AB. www.sbtb.biz/elusive Lots of info, ppl, and friendly environment. You can go check it out but if anybody starts shit over there, I'll kill you. |

That's about the same ping I get on TGL.... but i usaully get alot better on other servers. Must have something to do with the ISP on the island not talking nice to Telus.

Well I got Mani Admin Mod installed and it appears to work fine! I will need a couple of admins so be nice to me! LOL! Thought I'd let you know that it is running Linux (Mandrake 10) so the CPU is hardly being hit which is cool. With about 8 guys on it about half of the memory is being used so I think I will drop anither 256MB. I don't think I'll do anything further to the server unless someone has any brilliant ideas.  |

gazz you need to get the map mini miltia on the server you just put up it is awsome.Also airduel is a sweet map. Also what is the ip adress???  |
